Yet another missing piece of C_SWITCH commit.

* Makefile.in (C_SWITCH_SYSTEM): Use @C_SWITCH_SYSTEM@ rather than
@c_switch_system@.

* oldXMenu/Makefile.in (C_SWITCH_SYSTEM, C_SWITCH_MACHINE): Use
@C_SWITCH_SYSTEM@, @C_SWITCH_MACHINE@ rather than
@c_switch_system@, @c_switch_machine@.
